Dog Bin Locations

To help residents report any concerns with dog bins this page has been created to allow residents to identify and report the matter to the Parish Clerk at clerk@westfieldcouncil.org.uk or call on 01424 575266. If you are able to quote the bin number this will help us address any issues quickly.

The position and use of dog bins is under regular review. The Parish Council pays for and manages all the below dog bins within the Parish to ensure the contract and bins are properly managed.

  • Please note all refuse bins not situated in playgrounds can also be used to dispose of dog poo bags.
  • If you find a bin is full please DO NOT leave the dog poo bag on top of the bin. Please either take it home or dispose of it in the next bin.
  • Please DO NOT place rubbish in the dog bins. We have a number of refuse bins within the Parish as well. Placing rubbish in the dog poo bins blocks them for dog owners to use.
  • Please note that all dog bins are for public use. We have had incidents where people collect dog poo from their gardens and then place whole carrier bag(s) full into the public bins. This is not acceptable as it blocks up the bin for other residents.
