This page is a list of events that are happening in the Parish that residents can attend to ask questions or get further information to allow them to comment on Rother’s Draft Local Plan 2020-2040. Other pages have been set up to navigate the information and proposed policies within the Draft Local Plan 2020-2040 and links at the bottom of the page will lead you to the other pages. Any comments on the consultation need to be sent in by 23rd July 2024.
Events in the Parish
- 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th June 2024 (Wednesdays) – Midday to 1pm at Westfield Church (please note this is the Church not the Church Hall) – Drop in sessions for residents to come and have a tea/coffee and ask questions about the Draft Local Plan 2020-2040.
- 22nd June 2024 (Saturday) – 1.30pm-5.30pm at Westfield Community Hall – Rother Public Exhibition for residents to attend in person and speak with Rother Officers.
- Zoom sessions will also be available for any resident who wants an overview of the Draft Local Plan 2020-2024 on the following dates:
- 12th June 2024 (Wednesday) – 6.30pm to 7.30pm online via Zoom – Overview of the Local Plan and what it means for residents
- 26th June 2024 (Wednesday) – 6.30pm to 7.30pm online via Zoom – Overview of how to comment on the policies and sites
- 10th July 2024 (Wednesday) – 6pm start at Westfield Church Hall – There will be an open session for residents to come and discuss the Draft Local Plan between 6-7pm. Westfield Parish Full Council Meeting will follow at 7pm for Cllrs to discuss the draft consultation response to Rother in relation to the policies and the ‘Proposed Sites’.
